Dominique Dumont founded her consultancy with a clear mission: to help entrepreneurs turn their growth ambitions into reality. After watching too many promising small businesses struggle or fail, she committed to giving them the support, structure, and strategy they need to break through barriers. With decades of experience across industries and continents, Dominique blends strategic insight with practical, hands-on execution to guide clients toward measurable, sustainable success.

Before launching her consultancy, Dominique held senior roles as Marketing and Finance Director within Florida’s thriving medical industry, and later as Vice President of Finance and Marketing for Murray Brothers Inc., an international sporting and outdoor retailer owned by Ray B. Mundt, retired Chairman of Alco Standard and Unisource Worldwide. During her time at Murray Brothers, Dominique was fortunate to be mentored and guided by Ray Mundt, who took her under his wing and profoundly influenced her approach to business and leadership.

In 2002, she played a pivotal role in the sale of Murray Brothers and then joined Medibroker International in the UK, where she immersed herself in the European market before launching Medibroker USA to develop international health and medical tourism markets across the Americas. Medibroker later attracted significant industry attention and was ultimately acquired by APRIL, a major French insurance group, underscoring the strength and global relevance of the business she helped expand.

Dominique holds a degree in Economics from the University of Ottawa and a Certificate of International Business Administration from Université Canadienne en France. After relocating to South Florida in 1993, she earned her MBA and has since accumulated an extensive list of credentials, including:

She is also a member of the Project Management Institute. Fully bilingual in English and French, Dominique delivers services seamlessly in either language. As a dual citizen, she is authorized to work in both the USA and Canada and is available to assist clients worldwide.

Today, Dominique has expanded her expertise into Artificial Intelligence through a CAIC certification in AI Strategy. She focuses on helping clients assess their readiness for AI adoption and determine where AI can deliver meaningful value, enabling them to future-proof their organizations, optimize operations, and strengthen competitive advantage in an increasingly digital world.

Dominique’s consulting approach is personable, methodical, and results-driven. She is known for identifying the root issues that hinder growth and delivering solutions that balance real-world pragmatism with academic rigour. While she began by supporting small businesses, her work has since expanded to include public organizations and large enterprises, giving her the confidence and credibility to move seamlessly between Fortune 500 boardrooms and mom-and-pop shops alike. Clients value her commitment, her strategic clarity, and her unwavering ethics grounded in the professional CMC Code of Conduct.

Outside of her consulting practice, Dominique is an active supporter of the Dystonia Medical Research Foundation, Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League, and the Center for Missing and Exploited Children. She enjoys everything outdoors including downhill skiing, hiking, trail running, swimming, kayaking with her Persian cat and listening to live music.

She works remotely with clients across North America and Europe, making it easy to access her expertise wherever one is.
